Working with a coach is a self-honoring choice to carve out time
to focus on yourself and what you want for your life. My
coaching services are intended to help you use your divorce as a
catalyst for creating your life the way you’ve always wanted it.
This is a collaboration in which I support you in creating a
vision and taking intentional action to live that vision.

In the Reinventing Yourself After Divorce Coaching Tele-Group, we tele-conference
for 1 hour, three times per month for three months. This alternative
to one-on-one coaching provides the added benefit of a loving,
supportive group that is going through the same life transition and
shares your commitment to thriving after divorce. The 3-month group
intensive provides you with the time, structure, tools and support
to create an action plan for reinventing yourself.
Groups are limited to three or four participants and new groups form
continuously.
