About Deb
As the founder of InsightStreamsm, Inc., Deb Dominguez brings a balance of inspiration, creativity and practicality to her clients. Her trademark is her energy and passion combined with her extraordinary ability to help clients see old challenges in new ways, identify and act on opportunities and transform their organizations and their lives.
As a coach, consultant, speaker and writer, Deb's personal philosophy is that we all have a choice every day in how we "show up" and we are constantly being invited to step in to the highest and best parts of ourselves. When we do this we take responsibility for what we are creating and we recognize that obstacles are actually opportunities.
Whether she's working with an organization or an individual, she helps her clients re-connect with their inner wisdom and tap it to evolve with intention to a more loving, prosperous and joyful way of being. She helps her clients align their lives and businesses with who they really are and what holds the most meaning.
Deb transitioned herself out of a 20-year career as a successful corporate marketing executive, including five years as a principal in an ad agency, to pursue her entrepreneurial dream of helping individuals and businesses raise their level of consciousness. Deb's past experiences include stints as a freelance writer, corporate trainer and instructor on marketing and communications at UCSD.
Deb has a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.
Intention Statement
I intend to support my clients while they create conscious businesses that contribute to the highest good and lives they love full of joy, enthusiasm and prosperity. By doing so, I increase my own joy and prosperity and help increase the sum total of joy, prosperity and kindness in the world.
